Bruce D. McNeely
Chief Executive Officer, President, and Owner - MyJetGuy Aviation, Inc.

Bruce D. McNeely is a seasoned business aviation executive and entrepreneur having 43+ years of extensive and diversified management experience with strong emphasis on organizational development, executive leadership, operations, customer service, project administration, team building, and a wide variety of other business disciplines within the business aviation industry.

Mr. McNeely founded MyJetGuy Aviation in 2008. Prior to founding MyJetGuy Aviation, Mr. McNeely was Chief Operating Officer President and a co-owner of New Word Jet Corporation, an on-demand air carrier, which provided certificate services to then foreign owned Jet Aviation. Mr. McNeely served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager for Jet Aviation Business Jets, Inc, Vice President, Operations for Bombardier Flexjet, and Director of Strategic Planning for Raytheon Aircraft Company, where he was responsibility for all new jet products including the development of the Hawker 800XP aircraft and the Travel Air fractional ownership program. Other professional experience includes: Director of Operations for Kimberly-Clark Aviation, Senior Line Captain/Training and Safety Coordinator for the Southland Corporation, and Executive Vice President/Flight Department Manager for American Agronomics Corporation.

Mr. McNeely is a Certified Airline Transport Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor in both fixed wing and helicopter class aircraft. He has accumulated over 17,000 total flight hours (free of accidents, incidents and violations) and is type rated and experienced in the following business jet aircraft: Gulfstream IV, Challenger, Sabreliner, Citation 500 series, Falcon 50/900 and all Hawker models including the BEA 1000.

Mr. McNeely is a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management and an Associate of Aeronautical Science - Summa Cum Laude. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration with honors from the University of Texas, Austin. Mr. McNeely is a retired U.S. Army military officer and aviator with 14 years of active duty and 21 years of active reserve service. He served as a combat pilot in Vietnam.

Mr. McNeely currently resides in Dallas, Texas and enjoys sailing and cooking in his spare time.

John "Rob" Irwin
Vice President and Director of Maintenance

Rob Irwin is a seasoned business aviation executive and entrepreneur having 35+ years of aircraft maintenance and flight operations with extensive and diversified management experience with strong emphasis on technical support customer service maintenance project administration, Supplemental Type Certificate Development (STCs) and FAA regulatory and compliance issues.

In 1996, Mr. Irwin founded JETTECH, a company that modifies aviation systems not supported by factory OEM engineered installation. As founder and managing/member, Mr. Irwin has developed numerous FAA Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs) including Reduced Vertical Separation Minimum (RVSM) aftermarket solutions.

Mr. Irwin is a certified A&P technician with ratings for both fixed and rotary wing aircraft and holds an ATP rating in both fixed and rotary wing aircraft, as well as being a certified flight instruction for fixed, rotary and glider aircraft. He has over 15,000 hours of flight time and holds multiple type ratings for fixed and rotary wing aircraft. Additionally, he holds an ATP rating in both fixed and rotary wing aircraft and is a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) for fixed, rotary and glider aircraft. He began his flying career in the U.S. Army, where he served combat tours of duty in Southeast Asia and Desert Storm. He has been awarded the Bronze Star, Distinguished Flying Cross and 21 air medals.

Mr. Irwin served on the FAA's Steering Committee for rule making and sub-committees. He chairs the advisory board at Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology. As both a pilot and an A&P technician, Mr. Irwin has a combination of skill sets that have helped him become a valued aviation industry resource. In the course of refining the current business model of JETTECH, Mr. Irwin held numerous key management positions for air carriers, as well as dealing with FAA compliance issues. As part of the ongoing RVSM certification program, Mr. Irwin also provides flight and ground test certifications and Auto-Pilot certification.

Mr. Irwin currently resides in Evergreen, Colorado with his wife Helen, and enjoys sailing and snow skiing in his spare time".

Ronald S. Manning
Vice President of Operations - MyJetGuy Aviation, Inc.

Ronald S. Manning is a seasoned business aviation executive having 17+years of extensive flight operations experience with strong emphasis on technical flight department operational procedures, customer service, employee management, aircraft safety and security and flight scheduling and dispatch management. Prior to joining MyJetGuy Aviation, he held a similar position with Gold Jets LLC. From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Manning was President and Partner of Lion Heart Aviation, where he had overall profit and loss responsibility for the company's day to day operations. Mr. Manning held the positions of FBO Manager for Regal Aviation, as well as the Southwest Regional Sales Manager for Jet Aviation, Inc. In 1996, Mr. Manning designed and managed the aircraft scheduling department and associated 32 member staff of dispatchers, flight controllers, and planners for Bombardier FlexJet. He was responsible for the daily flight coordination of over 75 business jet aircraft, 250 flight crewmembers and over 6,000 hours of monthly flight utilization until his departure in 2000.

Mr. Manning attended University of California-Santa Barbara on a soccer sports scholarship, and played professional soccer for the Los Angeles Aztec Professional Soccer Organization.

Mr. Manning is an active member of the Shriners International and currently resides in Hurst, Texas with his wife Kristi and their three children Christian, Lane and Kennedy.

Shelley A. Hedrick
Vice President Sales & Marketing – MyJetGuy Aviation, Inc.

Shelley Hedrick joined MyJetGuy Aviation in 2014, as its Vice President of Sales & Marketing. She brings with her 15+ years extensive knowledge and experience in most aspects of business aviation ranging from business development, marketing, sales, contracts, operations, and Part 40, Part 120 and world-wide drug and alcohol testing programs. Ms. Hedrick is also the founder and President of JetSeat, LLC, a business aviation consulting firm. Previously, she served as the Director of Charter Sales & Owner Services for Executive Flight Services, where she brought in three national accounts providing supplemental lift to the largest fractional program and card providers, as well as high net worth individuals. She served as Director of Charter Sales & Marketing for Million Air Dallas, where she increased charter sales by 38% and created marketing materials setting the standard for the business aviation industry. She also served as Director of Operations and Marketing for Perfect Jet Travel, a Part 380 indirect air carrier provider charter by the seat. Ms. Hedrick served as the Manager of Sales Administration for Bombardier Flexjet.

Ms. Hedrick holds a Bachelor of Journalism –Advertising from the University of Nebraska. In June, 2014, Ms. Hedrick was published in D.O.M. Magazine. Ms. Hedrick is the co-founder and 2014-15 Chairperson for the Women in Aviation – North Texas Chapter, a non-profit organization. Ms. Hedrick is also a volunteer Flight Advocate for Sky Hope Network (formerly known as C.A.R.E.). She is the co-recipient of 2010 NBAA's Al Ueltschi Award for Humanitarian Leadership for aiding in the Haitian earthquake crisis relief coordinating and scheduling donated business jets transporting medical personnel, injured patients, newly adopted children and missionaries. She was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation in Recognition of Contribution to Legal Education from the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association.

Tribute - Jamie R. Barrett
Former Vice President of Sales & Marketing - MyJetGuy Aviation, Inc.

Jamie R. Barrett was a seasoned business aviation executive having 35+ years of extensive and diversified management experience with strong emphasis on customer service, project administration, team building, and complex sales and marketing activities and transactions. He served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for MyJetGuy Aviation, Inc. until his passing. Prior to joining MyJetGuy, he held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Jet Linx Aviation, LLC, a mid-west regional aircraft management and fractional membership company. Mr. Barrett was a graduate of Saint Louis University's Parks College of Aeronautical Technology and held a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics with a major in Business Administration.

Mr. Barrett was a certified Airline Transport Pilot. He served as the President of Phi Alpha Chi Alumni Association, on the Board of Governors of the Air Charter Safety Foundation and on several committees for NATA, the National Air Transportation Association. He is survived by his wife Janet.
